Christmas Handicap 2008

Sunday 21st Dec 11.00 am from The Pavilion, Fitz Park. Please be there to register at 10:30, to allow time for the handicaps to be sorted out.

It will follow the usual course, which takes a loop round the tennis courts before heading out of the park to Spooney Green Lane and a loop on the lower slopes of Latrigg. The Finish is in the park with a full loop on the perimeter track looping the tennis courts again, and concluding in front of the Pavilion. Studs or trail shoes are the most suitable footwear.

You need to bring along a small prize and that will ensure that you leave with one.

To ensure a reasonably fair handicap you need to provide Sped with your fastest recent time over a relatively short distance, which can be worked out as a time per mile.

Try to arrive by 10.30am to enable times etc to be worked out for a prompt start.
