Ladies Social Group Run

These sessions are run on a weekly basis and are intended to provide a social and relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis being on fun and all are welcome, no matter what speed you run at!

They start at 6:30pm every Wednesday meeting at the Cenotaph, Penrith Road, Keswick.  Road running or trail shoes will be required and reflective gear should be worn. Further details from Diane Shaw: diwhys@hotmail.com
